Computer Won’t Turn on or Power Up Happy Customers!

I usually keep my computer on overnight and only reboot it once a week so when I walked into my office and the desktop computer was off, I knew there was trouble. I immediately called Computer Crisis because I’ve used them in the past to recover documents off an older computer. They came out onsite and were able to do determine it’s a hardware issue. They dropped off the following morning and my baby was alive!

My laptop would turn on but with just a black screen. I tried everything and let it sit for a couple hours but it still wouldn’t turn on. I brought it into their shop on Detroit Rd in Avon and they diagnosed it as a bad drive. I’m glad I didn’t wait any longer because I have a lot of important information on there!
