HIGHLY recommend Computer Crisis!! A few months ago, I had the “black screen of death” multiple times, which I’ve thankfully learned now doesn’t always mean your computer is a lost cause, but I called a few places and not only was James pleasant and understanding, but he was able to fit me in quicker than the other places. (That’s not to say they aren’t busy, they are!) But he knew I was in a dire situation with it being my work laptop. He also recommended a process improvement which was affordable and saved me thinking I’d need to upgrade my laptop within the next year, and it’s been a FANTASTIC improvement. He saved all my data, fixed my laptop, increased/improved the speed/performance and overall provided a friendly, professional and efficient service. I’m not regular reviewer though I often rely on them, so I’m trying to be better especially when a place like Computer Crisis is so phenomenal!

This place was great and affordable. I honestly cant remember the guys name right now ( but he’s the person that is majority there all the time) but he was very helpful. I dropped my computer off for a full diagnostic. He then called me back later the next day and told me what was wrong with the computer and quoted me the price. Mind you this is an old computer and i was moving so i did not need it rather fast. He fixed it within 2 days. It works great and I am very grateful. Fast and reliable computer repair. Plus like I said very affordable. I’m so happy to have my laptop back up and running again!

Cannot say enough good things about Computer Crisis. Assembled my own custom build and couldn’t get it to boot–took it to Jimmy and saved myself a TON of aggravation. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem, fix it, and get several other things inside my case optimized–all in under 48 hours.
